It seems that a number of us don’t need to be back by a certain date. Since our time available for climbing the mountain is limited, it would maybe be a good idea to structure our arrangement with the Pakistani tour operator in such a way that some of us can stay longer. Maybe a week or so. This would give us a better chance of summitting, in case of bad weather, etc.
Currently those that I know of that have more time available are:

It certainly is a possibility.
But we need to decide this NOW, that is number of days and number of people. It means that more BC and HA food needs to be portaged up, that staff needs to stay longer and that porters for the return trip will have to be split. Also tickets have to be finalised within 2 weeks or so, or the reservation will lapse.
Can everyone, who wants to stay longer, indicate this as well as how much longer (min and max days).
We are intending to obtain a re-quote anyhow once we are certain about days for Islamabad, the walk in and out and for the mountain. We can obtain two alternative quotes, one for the original 50 days for the group and another for say 50 days 50%group and 65 days 50%group.
Can I have a decision about extended stays, pending costs obviously, by the end of the week, please?
