Day 1:   Lemosho Glades to Mti Mkubwa Camp
Day 2:   Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp
Day 3:   Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp
Day 4:   Shira 2 Camp to Barranco Camp
Day 5:   Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Day 6:   Karanga Camp to Mawenzi Hut (too long?)
Day 7:   Mawenzi Hut to Mawenzi Tarn
Day 8:   Mawenzi Tarn to Third Cave (resupply porters from Rongai?)
Day 9:   Third Cave to Eland Camp
Day 10:   Eland Camp to Moir Hut
Day 11:   Moir Hut to Lava Tower, climb Lava Tower
Day 12:   Lava Tower to Arrow Glacier
Day 13:   Arrow Glacier to Crater Camp via the Western Breach, hike to Ash Pit
Day 14:   Crater Camp to Uhuru Peak to Mweka Hut
Day 15:   Mweka Hut to Mweka Park Gate

To save time and money you could always have Day 13 Arrow Glacier to Ash Pit (have a quick look) summit and then hike out to Mweka Park Gate.  Saves two days Smiley  What do you reckon

hmmm, I could trim some days couldn't I... how about this then:

Day 1:   Lemosho Glades to Mti Mkubwa Camp
Day 2:   Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 2 Camp

Day 4:   Karanga Camp to Mawenzi Tarn
Day 5:   Mawenzi Tarn to Third Cave
Day 6:   Third Cave to Eland Camp
Day 7:   Eland Camp to Moir Hut
Day 8:   Moir Hut to Lava Tower, climb Lava Tower, to Arrow Glacier
Day 9:   Arrow Glacier to Ash Pit to Uhuru Peak to Mweka Hut
Day 10:  Mweka Hut to Mweka Park Gate

I wonder what the porters would think?
