Hello,

Can anyone recommend reliable and robust trousers that are capable of keeping the user warm and dry in the Scottish mountains throughout the year (Scottish weather characterised by lots and lots of rain, high winds, cold winters and humid summers, with the odd glory day thrown in as a reward)?

I'm not into wearing waterproof overtrousers either. Any ideas?

Regs,

G.

I wear Patagonia Mountain Pants which are perfect for climbing and walking. I have worn them with warmth and comfort in Scotland.
