Kilimanjaro tour companies

I'm thinking about "climbing" Kilimanjaro and the first question is of course which tour company to use. I would love to hear from people with experience with African Travel Resource(www.africatravelresource.com), Zara or Roy Safaris (www.roysafaris.com). Or if you have any other good candidates please let me know :-) How much did you pay, how many days did you use to get to the top etc? We are thinking about doing the Machame Route.
