You know what....

Down in the South of Sweden, very far south they eat a thing called Bloodsoup. It's basically fresh blood from ducks that they have some flour and spices into and make a soup of it. If I'm not mistaken they have a bloodbread as well to go along to that, ie a bread where the water or milk is replaced with fresh blood...

On the other hand, when I was in the Rockies in the US, I was offered Rocky Mountain Oysters (buffalo testicles) at a restaurant. I think that is even worse... You can imagine what comes out of those once you bite them... Shocked

Come now Ron... not all the Swedish cousine is bad. Most of it is actually very very good. There is a reason the Swedish team won the Cooking olympics 2 years in a row you know Wink

I'm lucky enough to have 2 of Sweden's best chefs at my work.. you can imagine all the grat food they give us. Right now I am eating a delicious Swedish version of a ceasar sallad. It's basically a ceasar sallad but without the chicken and bacon and instead of that you have raindeer pastrami, finely sliced...  Cheesy

Since you wanna hear about Swedish women I decided to send a link instead...

Victoria Silvstedt (7s: link edited, both for younger viewers and not to crash the sites rating with search engines, linking to xxx-sites is deadly for ranking  Wink . But ofcourse if you are seriously interested in the combination of bklond and silicons you can google her..  Cool)

Well, I work at Radisson SAS if that tells you anything? It's the hospitality business anyway. If you are from Oslo you might recognize one of our hotels there (The huge skyscraper with a wonderful skybar).

I'm the Night Auditor and yes, I have an extremely free job. As long as I get the job done I can do whatever I want except sleep. I usually spend 6-7 hours online each night, playing online poker and posting here!

I work 4 - 5 nights per week and 9 hour shift so a normal month is about 171 - 200 hours of work!  Tongue
