Hey Y'all,
I am wondering if any of you can recommend a training schedule, or recommend me to a place (web site or anything else) that I could find out about training to climb a mountain.  I am planning on climbing my first mountain (a 14000er in Colorado) and I would like to approach this challenge in the best shape possible.  I am climbing in July or August, so I have a fair amount of time to get in better shape, but I would like to start early.  Being that most or all of you have a climbed something in the past, I would value any of your ideas.

On a related topic... Are there any websites that any of you would recommend?  I frequent this site and everestnews.com, but I would like to get as much information on technique, gear, when and where, or anything else I can get my hands on.

Thank you,
Dream Big
