Title: material question
Post by: radic on Jan 9 2003, 02:11
I planning some summitting in t he next years, so I am looking to buy my own material.

I found someone who sells his boots :

it are One Sport Everest shoes.

Does anybody know this type and what would be a fair price for it, knowing they are as good as new.

And are they good to climb almost or al 7 summits ???

Best regards
Radic

I know the type and they are good boots I think. if im not mistaking the price for a pair off new ones is about 500-550 euro /dollar....but i could be wrong....if they look good then its no problem.....but check the sole and how/if it is still attachet good to the boot. That a weak point normally on those kind off high altitute boots

you should shop around, usually the first price you see is 10-15% more than you need to pay
