Title: 25th April: Climb high, sleep low
Post by: Chris Valentine on Apr 25 2005, 19:03
Lorenzo back from a quick jaunt to the North Col with several sherpas who have taken kit and oxygen bottles on to Camp 2. Yesterday's blizzard has given way to clear blue skies. Some other expeditions now staying on North Col but Lorenzo now last of the team at ABC, the others having descended to BC at 5200m.

Chris.

A special message to Lorenzo

Thank you for letting us know that our messages are getting through.  The messages will definitely keep coming.

I just listened to your blog for April 25th.  Congradulations on your accent to the North Col!  It sounded like a strenuous climb.  That was great you were able to bring up some of the equipment.

What a wonderful experience to be a part of the Lama Buddist Priest's blessing.  I was very happy to hear that the blessing took place.

I'm glad you will be rejoining the rest of the group.

I am wishing everyone good health and a safe journey.

Sincerely,
mc
