Heinrich Harrer has died at age 93

Heinrich Harrer who was in the first party to climb the Eiger North Wall with Anderl Heckmeier, Fritz Kasparek and Ludvig Vorg, has died at age 93. He also made a first ascent of Carstenzs Pyramid, Mt Deborah and Hunter and wrote Seven Years in Tibet. Here is more about his life and explorations
