"Chris Brown is a farmer from North Yorkshire, UK who did not start climbing until he was 40. He climbed the seven summits to set up a workshop for the mentally ill, for which he was awarded with an MBE.
The workshop, Claro enterprises, is based in Harrogate and employs 15 people who produce worthwhile products which are sold to the public".


Christopher Brown climbed Everest in the May 99 OTT expedition, many made the summit, but Michael Mattews, th 22 year old Briton, sadly died on the way down
