The dry summit was similar to that of those in Southern California. I was saddened to see the melting glaciers around the summit as they would gradually disappear as a result of global warming.

Everest remarks:
The top of the summit was heavily congested with climbers as there was such little space. Due to the heavy jostling and crowds, my oxygen mask broke off for ten minutes. Fortunately, my sherpa gave me his oxygen mask and descended down the summit without air. I am forever grateful for his sacrifice on my behalf.
