Effective 17 October 2026, Tanzania requires all international travellers to complete an online Traveller's Health Surveillance Form due to Ebola outbreak concerns in DRC and Kenya. Temperature and health screening occur at airports, land borders and seaports; this is precautionary and not a travel ban or vaccination requirement.
