Spanish climber Carlos Soria, now reported as 87, completed the 7 summits between 1968 and 2010, finishing with Kilimanjaro days before turning 71. He has since climbed 10 of his 14 eight-thousanders after age 60, including Manaslu in 2025, becoming the oldest person to summit an 8,000m peak.
