Biografie
Olivier Vriesendorp climbed the 7 summits over about five years, finishing on Everest on 21 May 2017: a summit day that took eighteen hours. He had completed six of the seven by the end of 2016, leaving Everest last, and trained for it for eight months, including six weeks sleeping in a tent at home to begin acclimatising.
He lives in Amstelveen and is a vice-president of product marketing at Ricoh Europe. He is a Rotarian, and carried a Rotary flag to each summit.
