Robert Alt, CEO of The Buckeye Institute, finished the 7 summits this year by reaching Mount Elbrus's peak after a 2017 attempt ended with HAPE. Alt undertook the climbs to honour his late father, spreading his ashes at each summit, and is now among fewer than 500 people to complete all seven.
