Chennai entrepreneur Jayshree Vijay Mohan, left partially paralysed by a stroke in October 2021, has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and set two Guinness World Records. She had never trekked before her stroke and first tested her limits on an Everest Base Camp trek before attempting Africa's highest peak.
