Sleeping-bag liner (thermal or vapour-barrier) on Kosciuszko
Also called: Sleeping bag liner, Thermal liner bag, Thermal/silk liner bag, Vapour-barrier liner (for sleeping bag)
What it is for
A thin bag inside your sleeping bag. A thermal liner adds a few degrees of warmth and keeps the bag clean; a vapour-barrier liner stops body moisture soaking into the insulation on long, very cold trips.
